The Southrac Boot Camp is a thrilling fitness experience, combining cardiovascular fitness, strength components and an integrated series of dynamic movements designed to leave participants “feeling the burn” and wanting more. It is common for participants to burn over 800 calories in one Boot Camp workout.

* Boot Camps will repeat a cycle of four “active” weeks and then be preceded by an “off” week. Should a camp date fall on a holiday, additional camp dates will be extended on the “off” week.
