With a positive environment, several club amenities, a membership and a free training session, you are ready to make it happen.
Category 2- The “Team Player”
Find strength in numbers? Join a boot camp or take group exercise classes and expect results. We now offer programs morning, noon and evening.
Category 3- The “Personal Coach”
If you want the expertise and accountability of a personal trainer, we have several great personalities to help you. New members receive a complimentary consultation.
Category 4- The “Physician-Assisted”
We have an on-site doctor who has created programs for those needing medically supervised and accelerated weight loss.
