Corporate FAQ’s

Can you tell me the key dates to look for?

Yes, you will receive a Roster around the 20th of each month.  This gives you approximately 1 week to make any last changes.  You will also receive an email about 1-2 days prior to your billing date which lets you know the amount that will be billed on the 1st of the month.

Can I add or drop employees at any time?

Yes, simply complete the form on this page (southrac.com/corporateforms).  Changes made during the month will be reflected on your upcoming bill.

Are we paying dues for the previous month or upcoming month?

Dues are paid in advance.

Does the employee need to do anything when they have been canceled?

No, just make sure they know they have been canceled.  Their membership will continue through the end of the month.

Does the employee need to do anything when they have been added?

Yes, on their first visit, they will need to present ID and complete a quick Gym Etiquette card.

Can the club cancel an employee's membership?

Yes, this seldom happens. However, if there are rule violations with an employee membership, we may cancel the membership.

Can I add Friends or Family?

Friends of Employees are welcome to establish their own personal membership but are not eligible for the corporate membership.

Some corporations have included immediate family members (age 14+).  Feel free to reach out to us if you are unsure if the company has chosen that inclusion.

Who can authorize new members to the account?

Only a company representative who has been designated can add or drop employees.
