Group Ex Class


Zumba is a fitness class that combines traditional Latin dance styles including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia and merengue with hip-hop and belly dancing moves, depending on the instructor’s preferences. Some classes will also incorporate traditional exercises such as pushups, bicep curls, crunches, and hi-low aerobic combinations. By focusing on interval training, classes seek to burn calories without exhausting participants with a constant high-impact pace. Practiced in the aerobics studio, Zumba focuses on creating a party-like workout environment.

Total Body Conditioning

Get out your BOSU, jump rope, weights, tubing, step and ball and get ready to interval. A fun, fast-moving, heart-pumping way to condition the total body! Some hi-low aerobic intervals may be thrown in for additional cardiovascular training. So get on those cross-training shoes and get ready for a workout!


Take the challenge and be guided to the next level of fitness. All athletes and non-athletes are welcome, as the class is taught in a way that is inviting to all ability levels. Classes focus on improving your balance, strength, and flexibility. An intense, dynamic flow of postures are linked together by sun salutations, emphasizing the development of your body’s stamina and your mind’s focus. BOSU or mini-stability balls may be used in some classes.


Is it time to get more out of your aerobic training? Let one of our qualified cycling instructors put you through the paces as you sprint, pedal and climb your way through an exhilarating visual journey road ride. Cycling shorts and gel seats are recommended. Don’t forget to bring your water and a towel. You’ll definitely need those for your ride! Have fun!

Power & Surrender Yoga

Power and Surrender Yoga will move you through a faster pace, Vinyasa Flow practice with periods of static holds to further explore poses and strengthen your body. Surrender comes at the end, where you will soothe the body and mind with concentrated stretching and breathwork.

HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way! Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. All mashed up into a one-hour total body workout. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more.

55+ Fitness

Our newest class 55+ Fitness is specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals age 55 and over as well as those just beginning their exercise journey. This class combines a combination of strength, cardio, balance, and functional mobility. Join our team of trained instructors in this low-impact class that will help you prevent injury while also increasing strength and energy levels.

BODYPUMP is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS , the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


RPM the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.


CORE really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It’ll help you run faster, play harder, stand stronger!


BODYFLOW is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

LES MILLS GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, build lean muscle, increase speed and cardiovascular fitness to make you perform like an athlete.  LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
