Is it time to get more out of your aerobic training? Let one of our qualified cycling instructors put you through the paces as you sprint, pedal and climb your way through an exhilarating visual journey road ride.

Cycling shorts and bike shoes are recommended. Don’t forget to bring your water and a towel. You’ll definitely need those for your ride!

A great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race

RPM is available as a virtual workout

Indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.

Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
