Your trainer will create a unique accountability system to ensure you maintain your commitment. Additionally, you will benefit from cutting-edge exercises and an individually customized program.

Once you become a member, we will give you a “red-carpet” introduction to our gym by having a personal trainer take you through a complimentary fitness assessment.

During your assessment, you will have the opportunity to discuss your goals, create a game plan to overcome past challenges and learn about some valuable tools that will help you make your experience here at the gym a success.

Private Personal Training: [Custom]
Working with a personal trainer in a one-on-one environment allows you to benefit from increased familiarity with your trainer, which enhances the individual customization of your exercise program. With private training, you will have a personal coach accompany you along every step of your fitness journey.

Semi-Private Personal Training: [Intermediate]
Semi-private training is a great way to work with a small group of people (2-5) who are working toward goals similar to yours. Semi-private sessions help foster deeper trainer-client relationships and individual customization and provide a great workout every time.

Boot Camp: [Intermediate – Advanced]
Our Southrac boot camp is a great way to ramp up your current fitness program or give you the jump start you have been looking for. Boot camp takes place throughout the gym and provides members with the opportunity to use a variety of exercises.
